Being a writer places heavy toll on us. The desire within us, to write crisp and clear articles, puts us in an anxious position most of the time. We end up smoking, taking a coffee break, sleeping for hours, or sometimes looking for sex. Funny? go ahead laugh, but it's true. No real writer, in any part of the universe, hasn't encountered these tendencies.

Now, what do you do with it? Will you waste hours looking up the ceiling, worried? Here are 3 ways to To keep that creative juice flowing:

1. To remove anxiety, stop and do atleast 5 minutes breathing.

A lot of physicians confirm that anxiety is not only mental but has a physical effect. The heavy feeling we experience can be lessened by deep breathing.

Sit straight in your chair or lay back, relax. Close your eyes and breath. Forget writing, just breath, naturally, slowly, deeply. Just follow your breath.

After this, just write the first thing that comes to mind. It may not be directly related to your topic. Don't worry, be confident.

Soon you'll be able to blend it all together.

2. An article of a thousand words begin with a single sentence.

A block occurs when your mind is focus on the output not the process. Let go of focusing on the output, settle your mind in the process. One sentence at a time.

3. Forget writing and notice the things around you. Look at stuff near you and try to place all your awareness in them.

Let your mind connect the things in your environment with the idea at the back of your head. Who knows what your mind can produce.

Then, write your first sentence and let it flow into a paragraph, just write. After a while you'll notice that the article wrote itself.
